I NEVER GOT AN OPPORTUNITY TO WORK AS CAMP BOSS AS EVERY ONE SAYS THIS JOB IS NOT CUP OF TEA,I DONT KNOW WHETHER IT IS REALLY CUP OF TEA,COFFEE OR HORLICKS,
I WANT TO STEP IN TO THIS JOB AS I HAVE COUPLE OF MY FRIENDS WORKING AS CAMP SUPERVISOR AT SONAPUR,SAJJA,MUSAFFA,
TO BE HONEST I ALSO FELT THE HEAT WHEN BALDIYA, GOVT OFFICIALS COME AND CHECK PAPER WORKS,SURROUNDING AND INSPECT WHEREBOUTS,HYGENE..ETC.THERE IS SO MUCH EXITEMENT,NERVOUSNESS GOING ON.
I CALL THIS CHALLENGE AND LEARNING FOR ME.
I AM NOT HERE TO WASTE YOUR TIME NOR I AM DEMANDING SALARY,I WANT TO JOIN AT EARLIEST.

i have 20 yrs work exp including 6 yrs UAE exp in different field but this time i have made up my mind to become camp leader,Camp boss
i have qualification amd leadership qualities.
I want you managers to give opportunity to me.
I know working as camp boss is not easy and i will have to be alert with labours and management 24/7,I want this challenge.
I can perform duties,
Facility Management: I can be responsible for managing the overall operation of the offshore accommodation facility. This includes supervising the housekeeping staff, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring that all facilities are properly maintained and in good working order.
Staff Management: I can take charge of overseeing the camp personnel, including housekeeping staff, cooks, janitors, and other support staff. The Camp Boss is responsible for training, and scheduling of the staff members, as well as addressing any disciplinary issues or conflicts that may arise.
Catering and Food Services: I shall Ensure that high-quality meals are prepared and served in a timely manner is another important aspect of the job. My work is closely with the catering team to plan menus, manage inventory and supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Health and Safety: i can play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment. This involves conducting regular safety inspections, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring that all personnel are trained in emergency procedures and first aid.
Budgeting and Inventory Control: Coming from a MBA i can manage the camp's budget and resources is an important aspect of the job. The camp boss may be responsible for tracking expenses, controlling costs, and managing inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available.
Administrative Duties: as an allrounder i can also handle various administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating logistics for personnel transfers or rotations.
