Reporting To: Finance Controller
Experience: 8+ Years

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to handle day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support financial decision-making. The role requires expertise in financial reporting, team management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes

• Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports

• Handle accounts payable, receivable, banking, and intercompany reconciliations

• Manage inventory accounting and costing

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance (mandatory)

• Minimum 8 years’ experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role

• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) preferred

• Strong financial reporting and budgeting expertise

• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software & MS Excel

• Experience in manufacturing/distribution industries is an added advantage
