Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information

• Resolve issues and escalate unresolved complaints if needed

• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

• Follow communication scripts and adhere to quality standards

• Meet performance metrics like call quality, turnaround time, etc.

• Provide product or service information as requested

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Any Degree

• Good verbal communication skills in English

• Basic computer knowledge

• Typing speed of at least 35 to 40 WPM preferred

• Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply
