We are seeking a responsible and organized Store Incharge to oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning. The role involves managing inventory, maintaining accurate stock records, and coordinating with suppliers for timely procurement. You will supervise and train store staff, monitor stock movement, conduct audits, and ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization. Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries and complaints, generate reports on stock and store performance, and work to optimize efficiency and service quality. Strong leadership, organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency are essential for this role.
