Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, and maintain equipment or systems according to company and manufacturer standards.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues by troubleshooting hardware and software problems.

Provide timely on-site support to customers and respond to service requests efficiently.

Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades to ensure reliability and uptime.

Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales, logistics) to address customer concerns and provide technical solutions.

Document service activities, customer interactions, and service reports accurately.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech
