About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Production Engineer to join our fast-paced manufacturing unit. You will play a key role in managing the production process, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise and monitor daily production activities
Plan and allocate resources to meet production targets
Ensure machinery and equipment are functioning efficiently
Collaborate with the quality and maintenance teams
Implement process improvements for better output
Who Can Apply:
Education: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
Experience: Freshers or up to 2 years in a similar role
Shift: Day / Rotational
Location: Chennai
Salary: 20k to 30k (with PF & ESI benefits)
