Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through precise inspection methods, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspection of forged and machined automotive components using tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and surface roughness testers.
  
• Ensure compliance with precision machining standards and customer specifications.
  
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including:
  
• PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
  
• APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
  
• 7 QC Tools
  
• 5S Implementation
  
• Conduct and support internal and external audits as per IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 (TÜV) guidelines.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive or precision manufacturing industry.
  
• Sound knowledge of quality management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
  
• Strong skills in metrology and interpretation of technical drawings.
  
• Proficient in preparing and maintaining quality documentation.
  
• Attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
