Role: Tool Room Designer – Quality, Fabrication & Shifting

Location: Chennai, India

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / Engineering in Mechanical / Tool Design or relevant field

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: Based on experience and skills

Skills Required:

• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)

• Strong knowledge of tool design and fabrication processes

• Understanding of quality inspection and standards

• Experience in tool shifting and installation

• Good communication and coordination skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design tools and fixtures using CAD software

• Ensure fabrication quality meets company standards

• Supervise and manage tool shifting and installation activities

• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams

• Maintain documentation related to tool designs and quality checks
