About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-focused Quality Engineer to lead and maintain our production quality systems. You will be the key player in identifying quality issues, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Your Responsibilities:

Implement and manage quality control procedures

Perform process audits and inspections

Identify root causes of quality issues and apply corrective actions

Analyze quality trends and generate improvement reports

Ensure adherence to ISO standards and customer specifications

Collaborate with production and engineering teams for process enhancements

Provide training to floor staff on quality tools and techniques

What We’re Looking For:

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Location: Chennai

Salary: Above 25k

Shift: Day / Rotational Shift
