Qualifications:

• Any degree (mandatory)

• Minimum 10 years of industry experience

• Minimum 5 years in ISO auditing / consulting / training

• Must have completed at least 3 Lead Auditor courses (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.)

• Strong communication skills in English

• Good knowledge of MS Office, ERP, and computer operations

• Willingness to travel for audit assignments

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct ISO audits and submit reports on time

• Guide and mentor junior/assistant auditors

• Prepare checklists, presentations, and training materials for ISO standards

• Conduct training sessions on ISO standards

• Support implementation of ISMS (ISO 27001)

• Assist in accreditation audits and ensure compliance

• Handle client queries and complaints effectively

• Ensure continuous improvement and high-quality audit delivery
