Job Role:

We are in search of a technically skilled and quality-focused CNC Setter to take charge of machine setup and ensure smooth production flow. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing CNC machines before every job, loading and aligning tools, adjusting offsets, and verifying that the machine is operating at optimal efficiency.

You will play a crucial part in first-piece inspection, maintaining setup sheets, and coordinating closely with machine operators and quality inspectors. The ideal candidate must have a good eye for detail, the ability to read technical drawings, and experience working with precision measuring instruments.

Skills Required:

• CNC Turning / VMC Setting experience

• Knowledge of tools, offsets, and fixture handling

• Ability to read mechanical drawings

• Use of precision instruments (vernier, micrometer, height gauge)
