A Well Reputed company in Bahrain is looking for JANITORIAL MANAGER with min 5-10 years of experience in facility management company.

Job Responsibilities :

Bachelor's or higher Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Should have experience in Janitorial and cleaning service
Excellent written/spoken communication skills
Solution driven individual and Proactive in reporting.
Decision maker and Time management skills
Complete the weekly schedule for cleaning staff.
Resolve complaints or issues team members have during cleanings
Ensure their cleaners complete tasks on time
