Job Description:

We are hiring an Injection Molding Operator to run and monitor plastic molding machines in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should be familiar with operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting injection molding equipment.

Job Title: Injection Molding Machine Operator

Location: Chennai

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Qualification: ITI , Diploma, B.E, B.Tech

Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor injection molding machines

Load materials and ensure proper mold setup

Check parts for quality and remove defective items

Perform minor machine adjustments during production

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area

Record production data and follow shift instructions

Report any machine faults or quality issues to the supervisor

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of injection molding machines

Ability to identify molding defects (like short shot, flash, etc.)

Attention to detail and quality checking

Ability to follow instructions and work in shifts

Teamwork and good work discipline
