You will be responsible for maintaining accurate call records, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to call center processes and quality standards.

Job Title: Malayalam Voice Process Executive (Inbound/Outbound)

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Experience: 0 to 2 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: 14,000 – 20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions in Malayalam via inbound and outbound calls

• Listen actively to customer issues and provide accurate information or resolution

• Update call records and maintain proper documentation in the CRM system

• Meet daily/weekly performance metrics like call quality and handling time

• Escalate complex queries to the supervisor when needed

• Maintain professionalism and service excellence throughout customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

• Language: Must be fluent in Malayalam (spoken); basic English or Tamil is a plus

• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computer operations and typing

• Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers are welcome)

• Good communication, listening skills, and a customer-first attitude
