Qualification:

• ITI, Diploma and Any Degree
• B. E, B. Tech

Experience:

• Freshers - ITI, Diploma and Any Degree - 17k Per month

- B.E, B. Tech - 19k per month

• 1 to 3 years - Negotiable based on experience

Shift:

• Male: Rotational Shift
• Female: Day and Night Shift

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Trainee Operator to support both machine operations and team training activities on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery efficiently and training new or junior operators in safe and effective working practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate machines according to production plans and safety standards

• Train and guide new or less experienced machine operators

• Ensure proper machine setup and troubleshoot minor issues

• Monitor production output and quality compliance

• Assist in maintaining SOPs and training documentation

• Promote best practices in safety, quality, and efficiency

• Coordinate with the production and quality teams for smooth operations

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience in machine operations

• Strong communication and instructional skills

• Ability to guide and train team members effectively

• Good understanding of production workflows and safety norms

• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge
