Job Title: VMC Operator
Location: Chennai
Qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Salary: 25k to 30k based on Experience (Free Food & Accommodation)
Job Type: Full-Time, Shift Basis

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines as per production requirements.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.

• Perform tool setting, offset correction, and inspection of components.

• Ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances.

• Maintain machines by performing regular checks and basic troubleshooting.

• Follow safety rules and company policies during operations.

• Work with the production team to meet daily and monthly targets.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of CNC / VMC operations.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).

• Good problem-solving and machine maintenance skills.

• Willingness to work in shift timings.
