We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help our organization attract top talent. The role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Roles and Responsibilities

Understand job requirements and create effective job postings.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.

Manage the offer process, negotiations, and onboarding activities.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.

Ability to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.

Good organizational and multitasking skills.

Familiarity with ATS/HR software is an added advantage.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Qualification: MBA HR preferred

Salary: Above 16k per month
