We are urgently hiring Production Operators to join our manufacturing unit and support smooth factory operations. The role involves operating and monitoring production machines, loading and unloading materials, assembling components on the production line, and ensuring that products meet company quality standards. Candidates will be responsible for following work instructions, maintaining cleanliness at the workstation, and strictly adhering to all safety protocols. Production Operators must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle repetitive tasks with accuracy, and coordinate with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets. This role requires strong attention to detail, discipline, and physical stamina as the job may involve standing for long hours and working in shifts.
