• Ability to create customized menus for exclusive, high-end events, tailored to the specific tastes and preferences of guests.
• Strong experience in managing stock, kitchen operations, and overseeing kitchen staff, ensuring top-notch food quality, presentation and local and international standard of food safety.
• Passion for innovation and an impeccable eye for detail.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deliver exceptional dining experiences under demanding conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous training and hand on working experience with exclusive international events and high-profile clientele.
• Knowledge of soup pairings, exotic ingredients, and advanced cooking techniques.
