Job Description :

Role: BMS Operator

Salary : 25k to 35k based on Experience

Experience : 3 to 5 Years

Location: Chennai

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Shifts)

Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields

• 10th / 12th with relevant experience may also apply

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of BMS systems, HVAC, electrical panels, fire alarm systems, CCTV, and access control

• Good troubleshooting and monitoring skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel)

• Strong communication & teamwork

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control building facilities through BMS software

• Respond to alarms and resolve system faults in coordination with the maintenance team

• Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, fire safety, and electrical systems

• Maintain daily logs, reports, and system records

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities

• Ensure safety standards and SOP compliance at all times
