Primary Job Responsibilities
• Prepare work areas by moving furniture and protecting floors and fixtures with drop cloths.
• Repair minor wall imperfections (e.g., cracks, holes) using putty or patching compounds.
• Apply primer to ensure proper paint adhesion.
• Select and use appropriate paint and tools for different surfaces and finishes.
• Paint walls, ceilings, and trim according to specifications, maintaining clean lines and even coverage.
• Apply multiple coats of paint as necessary to achieve desired color and finish.
• Clean brushes, rollers, and painting equipment after each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all job sites.

Experience Expected
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a wall painter or in a related trade.
• Strong understanding of different paint types, their applications, and proper usage.
• Experience with various painting tools and equipment (brushes, rollers, sprayers, etc.).
• Ability to prepare surfaces effectively for painting.
Education Level
• High school diploma or equivalent
License/ Certifications/ Trainings
• ITI
