Handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil. Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of service quality. Accurately document and update customer interactions. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
