Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled CNC Setter to set up and prepare CNC machines for production. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, tool changes, trial runs, and ensuring the machines are properly calibrated before handover to the operator. This role is crucial for maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and productivity in the machining process.

Key Role Features:

• Set up CNC machines as per job order

• Load and adjust tools and fixtures as required

• Perform trial runs and make necessary program/tool adjustments

• Ensure dimensional accuracy before handing over to operator

• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade
Experience: 1 to 3 years preferred
Location: Chennai
Shift: Day / Night / Rotational
Salary: 20k to 30k (Based on Experience)
