Respond to customer queries, requests, and complaints via email and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.

Resolve customer issues by analyzing problems, identifying solutions, and following up when necessary.

Maintain high-quality communication by ensuring messages are clear, polite, and empathetic.

Document interactions and update customer records accurately in the support system.

Collaborate with internal teams such as technical support, billing, or logistics to address customer concerns effectively.

Prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations simultaneously while meeting response time and quality targets.
