We are hiring passionate and customer-focused individuals for the role of Tamil Voice Process Executive in our BPO team. As a voice support agent, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil, assisting customers with their queries, complaints, and service-related issues. You will be expected to communicate clearly and politely, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience on every call. Basic English understanding is preferred for internal training and team communication. Freshers with good speaking skills are welcome to apply, and prior BPO or call center experience will be an added advantage. The role requires strong listening skills, patience, and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Tamil (mandatory)

• Basic understanding of English (for training/support)

• Good communication and listening skills

• Prior BPO/customer support experience is a plus (not mandatory)

• Freshers are welcome
