Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances and aging reports.

Analyze overdue accounts and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment.

Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or disputes.

Reconcile customer accounts and update financial records.

Prepare reports on AR status, trends, and collection performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and accounting principles.

Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/ERP software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, etc.).

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Qualification: Any Degree

Salary: Above 20k per month
