Job Role: CNC Operator

Location: Chennai

Salary: 18,000 to 22,000 (Based on the Experience )

Experience: 0–3 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Qualifications:

• B.E/B. Tech , ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Turner, Tool & Die, or related trades

• 0 to 3 years of experience operating CNC machines

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure VMC turning machines with correct tools, offsets, and parameters.

• Read, modify, and optimize VMC settings and programs for machining efficiency.

• Inspect finished components using micrometers, calipers, and gauges for accuracy.

• Identify and resolve machine issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams for machine repairs when necessary.

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain accurate setup and operation records.

• Ensure adherence to company quality standards and machining specifications.
