Scope of Works:
Perform MHE Operations and Services. The Contractor shall perform Preventive Maintenance Checks & Services (PMCS), Scheduled Maintenance (SM), Corrective Maintenance (CM) and calibration of MHE, vehicles, and DEMIL Equipment at the Site.
The Contractor shall perform these duties for all equipment in the Equipment Listing (Attachment 3). This listing may change during the life of the contract. The Contractor is expected to operate and service all equipment.
The USG will provide a new Equipment Listing to the Contractor when it does Provide Parts Ordering and Parts Management services. Parts ordered under this PWS are reimbursed at actual rates. The Contractor shall have sufficient cash flow to fund approximately $200,000.00 of parts per year. The annual approximate dollar value of parts funding may be increased by 300%.
The Contractor shall perform custodial services to present a clean, neat, and professional appearance in accordance with (IAW) commercial standards, all local laws, federal laws, and the requirements of this PWS.
