Licensed - Land Surveyor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries.
• Preparing accurate survey drawings and maps using CAD software.
• Researching and analyzing land records, survey data, and legal documents.
• Utilizing surveying equipment for data collection.
• Collaborating with professionals for accurate survey data.
• Assisting in preparing legal descriptions and land survey reports.
• Maintaining and calibrating surveying equipment.
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Staying updated on surveying technology trends.
• Effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics, or related field.
• Professional land surveyor (PLS) certification.
• Minimum 5 years of land surveying experience.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment.
• Proficiency in CAD software and surveying tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments.
• Valid Bahrain driving license.
• Ability to use theodolite and GPS.
