Responsibilities:
- Take driver calls and effectively address driver issues in a timely manner
- Recruit new drivers and conduct comprehensive driver onboarding
- Increase the number of riders through strategic recruitment efforts
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to driver recruitment and rider acquisition
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operations and driver satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience in driver management, recruitment, or coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving KPIs
- Reliable and adaptable with a positive attitude
