Creating and carrying out thorough Preventative Maintenance (PM) plans and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) strategies will be your primary responsibility.
Your knowledge will be essential for monitoring the CMMS database, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures, and supervising the maintenance and overhaul of intricate mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
By driving continual improvement in maintenance methods and controlling spare parts inventories, you will immediately impact equipment uptime, safety compliance, and overall plant productivity.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
