A reputed Company based in Manama is seeking to urgently recruit a ''Marketing & PR Specialist ''
Duties and responsibilities tailored to a Marketing & PR Specialist with Sales skills and experience in a Private IB School:
• Develop and Implement Admission Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive ad-mission strategies aligned with the school's mission and values, leveraging marketing, public relations, and sales techniques to attract and retain a diverse student body.
• Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate leads through targeted outreach efforts, including digital marketing campaigns, community events, and referral programs, and nurture prospects through the admissions funnel, converting inquiries into enrolled students.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with prospective families, providing personalized guidance and support throughout the admissions process to ad-dress their needs and concerns and demonstrate the value proposition of an IB education.
• Sales Enablement: Equip admissions staff with the necessary tools, training, and re-sources to effectively engage with prospective families, including sales scripts, collateral materials, and CRM systems, to streamline communication and enhance conversion rates.
• Event Planning and Execution: Coordinate admissions events such as information sessions, campus tours, and student shadow days, overseeing logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities to create positive experiences for attendees and showcase the school's offerings.
• Market Analysis and Forecasting: Analyse enrolment trends, demographic data, and market dynamics to forecast demand for admissions, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making regarding pricing, scholarships, and enrolment targets.
• Collaboration with Academic Leadership: Collaborate with academic leadership to align admissions strategies with educational goals and priorities, ensuring that enrolment efforts support the school's mission and uphold the standards of the IB curriculum.
• Community Engagement: Engage with local communities, educational organizations, and feeder schools to raise awareness of the school's IB program, build partnerships, and foster a positive reputation as a leading institution for international education.
• Brand Promotion and Differentiation: Develop marketing materials and messaging that effectively communicate the unique benefits and value proposition of an IB education, positioning the school as a preferred choice among competitive alternatives.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to admissions, including inquiry volume, conversion rates, and demographic trends, and prepare regular reports and presentations for school leadership to evaluate progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Admissions Events and Outreach: Organize and participate in admissions events, including school fairs, community festivals, and information sessions, to promote the school's programs and engage with prospective families face-to-face.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine admissions processes, strategies, and tactics based on feedback, performance metrics, and industry best practices, striving for continuous improvement and excellence in enrolment management.
