I am professional in Mechanical engineer (piping) with 5 years of industrial experience in piping field which includes Oil & gas production fields, Refinery etc.
Roles and Responsibility:-
• Maintain daily record, Document & work status of relevant activity as per drawing.
• Man power control and forecast, distribute the duties and coordinate among various disciplines and monitor the workmanship. Lead the entire team to achieve the progress as per schedule.
• Ensure that all piping installations comply with applicable codes and regulations.
• Ensuring proper, safe work area & maintaining the workplace quality.
• To make the materials list as per isometric drawing.
• Ensure that all piping installations comply with applicable codes and regulations.
• Pipes fitting like Pipes, Flanges, Valves, Gaskets, Elbow, Tee, Reducer, Coupling, blind & spacer and Stud Bolts etc are used to make the piping system as per drawing for fluid transfer.
• Handling daily progress report, meetings with Client, dailyplanning.
• Daily organization of the safety toolbox.
• Man power handling.
• Give on job Trai ningto the workers as per Standard.
• To place the Fire, Life and Safety policies before anything.
• Support administrative and management tasks
• Manage Engineering department and team when site in charge on leave.
