Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented AR Caller to join our medical billing team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting insurance companies and other payers to follow up on outstanding claims, resolve denials, and ensure timely reimbursement. You will analyze accounts, identify issues delaying payments, and take necessary actions to secure claim resolution.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, knowledge of US healthcare terminology, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending or denied claims

• Review and analyze aged accounts receivables to determine next action

• Document call activities and update billing systems accordingly

• Resolve claim issues, such as denials and underpayments, by coordinating with payers

• Meet daily and monthly targets for collections and follow-ups

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal company policies

Salary: 18k to 20k per month
