We are developing a manufacturing capacity in which the primary process that provides the precise tolerances and high quality needed for our next-generation goods is advanced milling, both vertically and horizontally.

Key Responsibilities:

You will oversee the control and optimisation of our milling processes on your own. This includes choosing the best cutting tools and work holding techniques, evaluating tool wear, creating and improving CNC programs (3-axis, 5-axis), and putting measures in place to cut down on cycle times and scrap rates. Process stability for important milling components will be entirely under your control, which will have a direct impact on our production costs and product quality. Your extensive technical expertise and aptitude for resolving intricate machining problems will directly and palpably affect the success of our business.
