We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Computer/ Mobile Phone Motherboard Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing mobile phone motherboards. Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to mobile phone motherboards.
Perform repairs and soldering on mobile phone circuit boards and components.
Conduct tests to verify proper functionality after repairs.
Handle advanced mobile phone motherboard repair techniques including reballing, chip replacement, and microsoldering.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet repair targets.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the repair area.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in mobile phone motherboard repair (minimum of [X] years preferred).
Expertise in microsoldering, board-level repairs, and advanced mobile phone diagnostics.
Familiarity with mobile phone components and repair tools.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle complex repairs.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in mobile phone repair or electronics.
Experience with multiple mobile phone brands and models.
