Sales Target Achievement: Ensure the sales team meets monthly and yearly sales targets for volume and value.
Distribution Management: Oversee the distribution of products to ensure they are available and visible in stores.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with trade partners and ensure prompt and efficient customer service.
Team Leadership: Lead, direct, and motivate the sales team to achieve corporate sales objectives.
In-Store Negotiation: Negotiate with store managers to secure better shelf space and promotional displays.
Sales Promotions: Implement and manage sales promotions and new product introductions within agreed timelines.
Trade Spend Management: Control and manage trade spends within budget and timelines.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with agreements such as Brand Display Agreements (BDAs) and renew them before expiry.
Market Analysis: Evaluate competitor activities and observe trade/consumer trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
