We are hiring Non-Voice Process Executives for backend operations and customer support. This role requires strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle data and email/chat processes efficiently.

Job Title: Non-Voice Process Executive

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary : 15,000 – 25,000 per month (depending on experience).

Qualifications : Any Graduate , 12th Pass

Schedule : Day / Rotational / Night shifts based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle email and chat support for customers/clients.

• Perform accurate data entry, record maintenance, and verification.

• Process requests, transactions, or applications within defined timelines.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer data.

• Ensure compliance with process SLAs (productivity & quality).

• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency.

Skills Required

• Excellent written English communication.

• Typing speed: 35–45 WPM with good accuracy.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
