Open Position:

Hindi Voice Process – BPO (Inbound/Outbound)

Salary Range:

12,000 – 22,000/month (based on experience & shift)

• Incentives & Allowances

Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in Hindi and provide prompt customer support.

• Resolve queries, share product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Log call details accurately in the system and maintain records.

• Meet daily call targets while following quality and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate

• Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome

Languages Preferred:

• Hindi (Must)

• English (Basic)

Shift Timings:

Day Shift

• Night Shift (with allowances)
