Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations, support employees, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment support, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and handling employee relations across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes

• Maintain employee records and HR databases

• Assist with recruitment, interviews, and coordination

• Support payroll, attendance, and leave management

• Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies

• Coordinate employee engagement activities

• Support performance management and appraisal cycles

Qualifications:

• Any graduate (MBA in HR preferred)

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar HR role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of HRMS tools and MS Office

• Familiarity with labor law regulations

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Chennai

Work Days: Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
