Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced VMC Operator to handle the setup, operation, and maintenance of Vertical Machining Centers in our production unit. The role involves reading and interpreting engineering drawings, selecting tools, loading programs, monitoring machining processes, and ensuring all parts meet quality and dimensional standards. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, skilled in precision machining, and capable of troubleshooting minor machine issues to ensure smooth operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Set up and operate VMC machines as per job specifications.

Read and interpret technical drawings and CNC programs.

Select and install appropriate tooling for machining operations.

Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.

Maintain and clean machines to ensure optimal performance.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of CNC/VMC operations and tooling.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Familiarity with measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a team and meet production deadlines.
