Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Education: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical or ECE

Role Overview:

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Quality Assurance Engineer and take ownership of maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production lifecycle. You'll play a key role in auditing, process improvements, supplier quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement robust quality assurance procedures across all production lines.

Analyze product specifications and manufacturing processes for compliance.

Handle non-conformities with timely root cause analysis and CAPA execution.

Oversee in-process and final inspection activities.

Work with suppliers to ensure raw material quality meets set standards.

Support continuous improvement and lean quality initiatives.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards

Proficient with quality tools: 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, PPAP, APQP

Hands-on experience with inspection tools (CMM, micrometer, caliper, etc.)

Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills

Ability to work cross-functionally with production, design, and supply chain teams
