Job Description

Experience: 3 to 6 yrs

Salary: Based on Previous Experience

Education: Diploma/BE in Mech

What You will do:

Assure a Perfect Finish: From surface preparation to the final coating, you will create, carry out, and uphold quality control plans and inspection protocols unique to the paint shop.

Act as the Problem-Solver: You will oversee the root cause investigation of paint-related flaws and put into practice efficient preventative and remedial measures.

Promote Process Excellence: You will keep an eye on important process variables and utilise data to spot patterns, cut down on rework, and promote ongoing development.

Set an example by conducting internal audits and educating and advising paint shop operators on best practices and quality standards.

Maintain Standards: You will make sure that all procedures and outputs adhere to pertinent quality control frameworks as well as client-specific specifications.
