What You will do:
Design & Development: Use CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, and Creo) to conceptualise, design, and develop mechanical parts, products, and systems.
Analysis & Simulation: To guarantee design integrity and performance, carry out engineering analyses, such as stress, thermal, and fluid dynamics simulations (FEA/CFD).
Building, testing, and validating prototypes is known as prototyping and testing. Make sure that designs fulfill performance, dependability, and safety requirements by conducting thorough testing.
Technical Documentation: Produce and keep up-to-date comprehensive technical documentation, such as engineering change orders (ECOs), bills of materials (BOMs), and 2D drawings.
Cross-functional Collaboration: To make sure designs are affordable, scalable, and up to quality standards, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams from manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain.
Troubleshooting: Identify and fix mechanical problems that come up during production or development.
