An International Preschool in Bahrain is looking to hire a Principal for Preschool. If you meet the below requirements & skills, we welcome you to join our team.
British native (Female)
Previous experience as a principal or in a similar role of more than 3 years in Bahrain or GCC.
Great presentation and communication skills.
Ability to coach and inspire
A teaching license is preferred
Degree in Education.
Responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day operations.
· Manage budgets.
· Set learning goals for teachers.
· Monitor and report on teacher performance.
· Increase student numbers to meet the management target.
· Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching.
· Review and implement school policies.
· Provide guidance and counseling to teachers.
· Organize school events.
