The manufacturing sector is rapidly moving towards a future characterised by digital twins, continuous, data-driven optimisation, and hyper-efficiency. Process engineers are needed to design, implement, and maintain scalable production systems that meet world-class standards for speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness. They must be able to use IIoT data, Six Sigma approaches, and sophisticated modelling. Our goal is to use unrelenting process innovation to set a new standard for operational excellence.

What you will do:

A wide range of process management and improvement tasks will fall under your purview. This include creating thorough Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), planning and implementing new production layouts or equipment sets, and evaluating current manufacturing processes to find bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Your activities will involve directing process validation runs, applying statistical tools (SPC, DOE) to monitor and regulate process stability, and driving Lean and Six Sigma projects to reduce variability, waste, and cycle time. To successfully integrate new products into scalable manufacturing processes, you will work closely with the R&D, Quality, and Production teams. Maximising throughput and profitability will require your analytical rigour, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to efficiency.
