A leading construction Company in The Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ a highly motivated and experienced Construction Procurement Engineer to join the team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project objectives.
Source and select qualified suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure favorable terms.
Coordinate procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoicing, and payments.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in construction procurement.
Strong understanding of construction materials, equipment, and specifications.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
