The future requires MIG welders who are experts in their field, able to quickly produce flawless welds, decipher intricate joint designs, and adjust to new materials and automated equipment. What you will do:

High-quality MIG welding on steel and other metal alloys in a variety of positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, and above) will be your responsibility. You will have to read and correctly interpret welding symbols and engineering blueprints, prepare materials (cleaning, grinding), set up and calibrate welding equipment (voltage, wire feed speed) and check completed welds to make sure they adhere to all structural and quality requirements. Your dedication to weld integrity, attention to detail, and compliance with stringent safety procedures will be essential to upholding our stellar reputation.
