Production engineers with the ability to smoothly combine robotics, precise chemistry, and data analytics are needed to maximise film thickness, minimise flaws, and significantly lower volatile organic compounds (VOCs). What you will do:

Among the many tasks you will be in charge of are creating, putting into practice, and keeping an eye on the parameters of the paint process. Working with equipment maintenance teams to optimise line uptime, creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and analysing data to minimise common failures are all part of your responsibilities. In order to increase material utilisation and regulatory compliance, you will also oversee continuous improvement programs utilising approaches such as Six Sigma. Driving operational excellence will require your scientific understanding of surface chemistry, analytical abilities, and proactive problem-solving.
