Role responsibilities
• Responsible for management of production activities.
• To ensure achieving production targets with required capabilities, yield and lead time.
• To reduce the internal CONC and target 100% defect free products.

Location: Chennai

Role: production manager

EXP: 10-13 YRS

Salary: based on exp its negotiable
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for management of production activities.
• Co-ordinate with planning in finalising the the load chart for machining and plan for assembly.
• Mapping of production plan vs actual (ShiftWise).
• Conduct meeting with team members on the product target and progress.
• Responsible for employee efficiency evaluation and updation of skill matrix of employees.
• Co-ordinate with purchase in procurement of tools required.
• Monitor and ensure availability of machine, material and manpower for all the shifts.
• Review product log report and ensure its meets the requirements.
• To ensure achieving production targets with required capabilities, yield and lead time.
• Prepare monthly tool planning based on the production plan.
• Facilitate load for all machines in all shifts and ensure NIL idle time due to non-availability of materials.
• Analyse and identify measures for reducing cycle time and set up time.
• • Maintain documents related to rejections, reworks and other production related.
• Co-ordinate customer and third party inspections.
